Geoff Prett

 

Geoff has lived in Gamston since 1995. He became a Parish Councillor in 2014, after retiring from the railway industry where he worked on computer-based signalling systems. He is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered IT Professional.

He is the assistant editor of the Parish Council newsletter and a member of the working group that is overseeing the building of the new village hall.

He has a longstanding interest in parks and green spaces, and is a volunteer warden at the Skylarks Nature Reserve.

He is a member of the Gamston Medical Centre Patient Participation Group and is one of the patient representatives on the East Midlands Ambulance Service Patient Voice Forum.
